आर्य प्रतिनिधि सभा, उत्तर प्रदेश (श्री नारायण स्वामी भवन, 5-मीराबाई मार्ग, लखनऊ) द्वारा अनुमोदित अधिकृत 19 दिशा-निर्देश। विवाह पंजीकरण एवं प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन से पूर्व कृपया सभी नियमों एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।

विवाह आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू करने हेतु प्रमुख आवश्यकताएँ
वर की न्यूनतम आयु 21 वर्ष
विवाह के समय वर की आयु पूर्ण 21 वर्ष होना अनिवार्य है।
वधू की न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष
विवाह के समय कन्या की आयु पूर्ण 18 वर्ष होना अनिवार्य है।
वैध आयु प्रमाण पत्र
हाईस्कूल प्रमाण पत्र, पासपोर्ट, पैन कार्ड, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र आदि।
पहचान व पता प्रमाण
आधार कार्ड के अतिरिक्त 1 अन्य सरकारी पहचान पत्र व निवास प्रमाण।
4 गवाहों की उपस्थिति
वर पक्ष से 2 एवं वधू पक्ष से 2 गवाह (फोटो व आधार कार्ड सहित)।
शपथ पत्र (घोषणा-ए-हलफी)
स्वेच्छा से विवाह, नातेदारी/संबंध न होने एवं दहेज मुक्त शपथ पत्र।
फोटोग्राफी एवं वीडियोग्राफी
विवाह संस्कार के दौरान की फोटो व वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग अनिवार्य है।
माता-पिता को 6 दिन का नोटिस
आर्य समाज द्वारा सूचना व सहमति पत्र निर्गत किया जाएगा।
24 घंटे में अभिलेख ईमेल
विवाह उपरान्त 24 घंटे के भीतर ईमेल पर अभिलेख भेजना अनिवार्य।

वर की न्यूनतम आयु 21 वर्ष
Groom must be at least 21 years of age at the time of marriage.
विवाह के समय वर की आयु पूर्ण 21 वर्ष होना अनिवार्य है।
वधू की न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष
Bride must be at least 18 years of age at the time of marriage.
विवाह के समय कन्या की आयु पूर्ण 18 वर्ष होना अनिवार्य है।
वैध आयु प्रमाण पत्र
Valid age proof such as High School Certificate, Passport, PAN Card or Birth Certificate.
हाईस्कूल प्रमाण पत्र, पासपोर्ट, पैन कार्ड, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र आदि।
पहचान व पता प्रमाण
Aadhaar Card along with another government identity and address proof.
आधार कार्ड के अतिरिक्त 1 अन्य सरकारी पहचान पत्र व निवास प्रमाण।
4 गवाहों की उपस्थिति
Four witnesses are required — two from each side, with photograph and Aadhaar.

शपथ पत्र (घोषणा-ए-हलफी)
Declaration regarding voluntary marriage, relationship status and dowry-free marriage.

Eligibility Requirements
Minimum Age Limit: Groom must be at least 18 years old and Bride must be at least 18 years old. Form submission is blocked if age criteria is not satisfied.
Solemnization Ceremony: Marriage must have been solemnized under Vedic rites at an affiliated Arya Samaj Mandir.
Witness Presence: Two adult witnesses must be present with valid identity proofs.
Required Documents
Groom & Bride ID Proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License.
Address Proof: Aadhaar Card or Electricity Bill / Passport copy.
Marriage Ceremony Photographs: Clear photo showing wedding rituals & couple.
Witness Documents: Aadhaar Card / Voter ID for Witness 1 and Witness 2.
